Our host produced a breakfast to remember. a self-taught cook, he served crepes swith butterscotch sauce and banana, followed by shirred egg in a cup of black forest ham and rolls, muffins, etc. Our huge room would have made two rooms and had hunting-lodge accents like antlers and a wooden bear carving. The bed was comfortable, everything clean and shiny... more

We stayed here for one night on a mini vacation from our home in Halifax. It was a beautiful sunny weekend in May and we spent the afternoon checking out the Foxhill Fromagerie and local market. We checked into our room around 4pm and relaxed with a bottle of wine and some cheese on the front porch overlooking the beautifully... more

I am not usually a fan of bed and breakfasts but we enjoyed our stay very much. On arriving, you are asked to remove your outer footwear but when you see the amazing clean pine floors you will understand that the owners want their home to be as clean and inviting as possible for their guests. We stayed in the... more

Inn Wolfville is a beautiful old house, the entrance way is bright and clean (take your shoes off at the door, this is a shoe free house). The owners have renovated extensively but it feels like some of the character got lost in the upgrade. The room we had up on the third floor didn't really feel like it was... more

Very few B&B's in this area had two beds in a room, so that is the main reason we booked the Annapolis room at In Wolfville. That particular room is quite small and stuffy. We could hear the guy in the next room's television, and when that went off the snoring started. For a new place, this really is inexcusable.... more

Well don't be - this B&B is certainly among the best we stayed in on our tour of Nova Scotia in Sept. 2007. We stayed in the 'Seaside' room and it was heaven sent for relaxation. OK so you have to take your shoes off at the entrance door - but when in somebody's house you expect house rules -... more

The In Wolfville is not your average B&B. If you're looking for a B&B where you stay in the owners kids room (that have left for college), share a bathroom with strangers and you get to sit around a table like your inlaws at Thanksgiving, don't stay here. However, if you're looking for a fabulous oasis right in Wolfville, with... more

In Wolfville B&B is everything the other reviews have stated, but I thought it lacked charm. In order to keep the floors clean enough to eat off, guests must remove their shoes at the front door. It makes the place feel a little sterile. While my room was nicely decorated, it was a little warm with only one tiny window... more

It's a nice house but lacks quaintness.. here are my thoughts: 1. The house is very new.. very nice but there is an inpersonal touch. 2. We walked in the door.. was greeted by the owner and before we could even walk in to say hello.. was asked to take off our shoes and put on slippers... now.. I do... more

We had a great experience at In Wolfville. Our room was decorated in a thoughtful and contemporary fashion, staff were friendly and helpful, and the added touches made the stay even more fun (like a tiny zen sand garden hiding in our closet and a library of dvds for borrowing). Breakfast was one of the best meals of our entire... more
