I'm glad I remembered the Queen Anne Inn from a previous stay. It was superior, as it was a few years ago. Engaging hosts, comfortable rooms, gourmet breakfasts -- no need to say more. This time we stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath unit behind the main house and even watched a deer while enjoying the deck. We'll be back..... more

When we arrived at the Queen Anne, we mentioned that it had been recommended by friends who stayed for a couple nights a few weeks earlier. We were greeted with such convivial good humour that we felt we had known our hosts for years. The breakfast was great and every room was amazingly elegant. more

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Queen Anne this fall and it was wonderful. The building is a large lovely Victorian with incredibly high ceilings and large well appointed rooms. It is an easy walk from the center of Annapolis Royal, and also has direct access to walking paths in a wildlife preserve by the river. Breakfast... more

Everything about the Queen Anne is top notch! We loved our room and got a real kick out of the claw foot bathtub. We only planned on having one dinner there but after the first night we decided to also reserve for the next night as the food was delicious. The kind waitress helped me with attacking my beautiful large... more

For the second year in a row, we stayed at the Queen Anne Inn. We made a point of coming back to the inn as it was the highlight of our stay in that very pleasant town and one of the best remembrances from our trip a year before. The rooms all have unbelievable furniture. Private bathrooms, some with Jacuzzis,... more

The Queen Anne is the place from which to experience the jewel that is Annapolis Royal. The inn—a stately, immaculate Victorian with charming, light-filled rooms—is located within walking distance of local attractions such as historic Fort Anne and the beautifully-designed Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens. John and I shall long remember our stay at the Queen Anne and its gracious innkeepers... more

My wife & I enjoyed this facility, the breakfast diversity Greg created, the delightful charm of Annapolis Royal, the history lesson and the nearby Digby stop. It was nice to see only local food alternatives - the double-double was not missed. We appreciated the two sleeping levels in the adjoining carriage house and it gave my wife a nightime audio... more

Greg and Julie are gracious hosts. They made us feel welcome. Room was charming, comfortable, clean with lovely amenities. Food was very well prepared, presented and delicious. Good variety. Beautiful home, antiques and grounds. We will definitely stay there again. Would like to have had coffee while waiting for breakfast. more

We arrived at the Queen Anne Inn late Friday evening, for a one week stay in Nova Scotia on the Thanksgiving weekend. We were immediately overcome by the historical grandeur of the building, it is an amazing structure, beautifully lit up at night. The service at the Inn was efficient and unobtrusive, except for the owner/innkeeper Greg who takes full... more

I could not Imagine a better B&B. The Inn is beautifly decorated and cared for.The owners were gracious and interesting. The large rooms take you back in time, with tall ceilings, ornate woodwork and soft beds. Our dinner was fantastic, relaxing with great service. The steamed lobster is highly recommended. And a night cap on the gardens in back really show... more
