Fitness and pool areas were not ready during our stay, otherwise renos are comfortable and modern, staff were great in processing a gift card for the stay, all in all significantly better than we expected from a Best Western hotel! more

While the hotel is undergoing some renovations, there may be some noise associated with it. However, we did not have any problems with that, only with throbbing music from a Saturday night wedding. we were given a lake view room on the 8th floor and the view was lovely, shame the weather was not too good. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was good, not far from town , but you needed a car. more

Stayed here for a couple days on a business trip. It was a beautiful place. My room overlooked the lake, which is right next to the hotel. Despite the fact that they're currently undergoing some renovations (pool, entrance area) I was suitably impressed with both their location and level of service. Got a free up-grade too. Staff was friendly and attentive without being too familiar. Nice location overlooking a small lake. more
