All staff were friendly and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble. Always helpful. Child friendly with relaxed atmostphere. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Good free breakfast. Great value for money. Felt valued as a customer. Enjoyed our visit to Barrie and motel's hospitality added to this. Added bonus of well maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi. more
