We stayed here for 7 nights during our Toronto vacation and loved it. Very courteous staff, well laid-out rooms. We really appreciated having the 2 separate bedrooms, although sometimes I missed having a "living room", which meant watching TV on the bed (hate that!). But in fairness, if I really wanted to watch TV, there was the main floor lounge with a big-screen (seldom used while we were there) and the theatre room on the 5th floor.

The boy loved the pool table, ping-pong, and foosball table. We loved the complimentary breakfast (cereal, toast, muffins, frozen waffles/pancakes). They also have a BBQ available as well as a range/oven on every floor. The only quibbles I had were that for rooms with a "kitchenette" (microwave, sink, fridge) and cooking facilities available, it would've been nice to have had dishes and utensils provided/available. But this is splitting hairs - it's a residence after all, not a hotel.
