Excellent quality of service, impeccably clean, very friendly staff, and the jacuzzi,- so relaxing and comfortably warm, but not overly warm, just right! Great rates! Addison's restaurant is a definite must! Beautiful menu, delicious food, servers were awesome. Absolutely will be my hotel to stay at when I next need accomodations in the area!!

A night well rested with great service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any and all questions. All common areas were very welcoming and clean I would without hesitation refer my friends and family to stay at this facility if ever needed in the Brantford area.

The hotel is the oldest in Brantford, but they are constantly updating it. Found it to be very clean and staff was very friendly. Addison's restaurant, is very cozy with many booth's and the new menu is great. Will go there again when we want another weekend getaway. The next time we will take a room with a jacuzzi.

Our group of 25 stayed for the Walter Gretzky Tournament. Our rooms were clean, we received great customer service from the staff at the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The location wasn't far from grocery and restaurant choices. Our team had a good experience at the hotel. We would stay again for the price.

Went there for hockey tournament stayed for 3 nights. It was ok for what the price is. Room was standard had lots of hot water which was a plus. Probably one of the wost night's sleep I have ever had. The walls are paper thin, therefore we had to put up with the talking (loudly?) of 4 drunks next door.
