Member of Priority Club put me on top (9th) floor, which was just beneath some type of roof-top unit that droned all night. Hotel is very busy during home Ottawa Senators hockey games played 2 minutes away. Prices high for what you get (paid $210 per night plus taxes). Italian restaurant on premises mediocre. more

The hotel is clean but very overpriced for what you get. The Holiday Inn on Cooper Street is cheaper and right in the downtown area. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express this past May and it was excellent. For wheelchair accessibilty it was first rate. Numerous wide parking spots are available and they have wheel-in showers! A rarity that many of us face-someone did their homework! Will definitely return. more

Be aware first of all that this is an out of town location. That said there is a very efficient bus service to downtown Ottawa directly outside the entrance to the hotel - and I do mean directly outside - not along or across the street - directly outside.
