“Good value for a family weekend”

We found this hotel to be very accommodating for our weekend stay. Check in was quick and staff helpful. Rooms clean and large. This is an average hotel. My only recommendation is that they have a breakfast included as the price could easily handle it. Since they have a full service dining room, they could offer one breakfast coupon per room, and that would give incentive for all the guests in the room to stay and eat there. “Great and helpful staff”

I stayed at the Ambassador in Kingston for a 3 conference and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. All the staff when above and beyond to help out with all issues including a computer problem. Nice to stay somewhere where the staff actually have personalities.
