Our family enjoyed being right downtown. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good, dinner especially. We had been to this hotel a couple of years ago and it was nice to see the renovations being done. Rooms were cleaner and more up to date. Overall we would definitly go back. more

This was an anniversary gift to us from our kids-& to go see Bill Cosby The Hotel needs some updating--carpets in hallways elevators etc--our actual room was OK but would not recommend the Hotel-for the Price !!! more

I booked this hotel based on the price and location and was not disappointed. It seems to have recently undergone some extensive renovations and it really shows. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not the ritz, but neither are the prices. I will definitely stay again. more

Right on the waterfront, our room overlooked the lake and boats and had its own parking garage. Our excellent value room ($125) was spacious with 2 queen beds, big tv, coffee maker and lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower. We were part of a group booking to attend a wedding in Kingston. Our stay was three nights. The hotel was great in accommodating room arrangements, pricing and an impressive waterfront view. It is the perfect location if you have a function to attend aboard the Thousand Island cruise ships. Great restaurants, shopping and parks are at your doorstep. more

I have never had a hotel book a room for me, take my credit card, give me a confirmation number, then change my stay dates to suit them without my consent, then offer to cancel the room when they DOUBLED the rate, saying that they made a mistake and can no longer honour the rate!? We asked for a nice view of the Lake and got a ground floor view of the staff's smoking area and the fueling area for the ferries...nice! Room was small, smelly and the air con was so noisy we had to turn it off. Would not recommend this hotel! more
