The hotel is located on the edge of the harbor. There is no entrance from the main street. The reception lobby is only accessible from the car park which felt a bit strange. The reception itself is small but bright and looked fairy new. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a great view of the lake. The room... more

Have stayed here before. The hotel has been here for a while and is starting to look a little tired. Same comments on each occasion: the garage is a tight squeeze - I was greeted with groans when I arrived and said I had a car; the breakfasts are not buffet style so if you want a full meal you... more

We have stayed here before. It is a nice hotel with a nice pool on the 6th floor and a great location within waking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Their website offered a bed and breakfast package but they couldn't find it in their system? We got a king room with a harbour view. We got the parking fee... more

Great downtown location, very close to all the good eateries, historic sights, (nice and easy to stroll around in the summer). The restaurant in the hotel, Aqua Terra is excellent for both breakfast and especially dinner! Snazzy decor in the lobby, with the front desk personnel being friendly, informed (of the local events, eateries, and directions,.etc...) and professional, always getting... more

Booked this hotel by the reputation of the Radisson chain. Luxurous if you believe the website. But reality hits hard... At a great location (at the water and only steps away from the historic centre, plus next door to the ferry) arriving at the hotel keeps your mood high. Stange welcome, when you enter the lobby via the industrial-like parking... more

Kingston Radisson, room 404….cost $202.97…for one night! Upon entry the counter staff was nice, the lobby spacious, it all looks ‘glamorous’. But then you enter the room and look around and it’s horrible! Brochure and internet said that rooms have LCD TV’s but it wasn’t LCD in our room! The brochures also said, “Luxurious 250 thread count sheets and down... more

This hotel is in the heart of the nicer part of downtown Kingston. The entrance hall, the hallways, the facilities, the rooms, everything is what you would expect from a first-rate hotel. And the price to go along with it. more

We recently passed through Kingston en route to Boston via Vermont. We arrived in Kingston without a hotel booking but after quickly comparing the Holiday Inn versus the Radisson we decided on the latter. We really liked the position of the hotel sitting right above the harbour. The room was excellent and we appreciated the style of the room and... more

Good waterfront location, next to charming Confederation Park...withing walking distance of many downtown restaurants and attractions. Paid $199 (CDN), which seems a bit steep---but Kingston's hotels appear to be more expensive than those of Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal; perhaps because of the sheer volume of rooms in those cities. Indoor parking was no problem for our MINI, but it was... more

We stayed at this hotel for a family event. The rooms were spacious, clean, renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is very well located, in the harbour section of Kingston, near shops and restaurants. The indoor pool was great for the kids. Parking is a bit difficult, they have an indoor lot that is a bit cramped.... more
