Our family visited Kingston, Ontario to visit Queen's University at the end of November 2009. This hotel is approx. 10 minutes drive from the University and from Downtown Kingston. We were traveling with 3 kids ages 7-17. My husband asked for a room on the main floor to be close to the pool. The room and bathroom was spotless, the... more

My family of 4 plus one extra 8 year old, spent the July 4 weekend here as we were attending a provincial ball hockey tourney in Kingston. We stayed 2 nights, and our room was on the 4th (top) floor and was just recently refurbished and for that reason, looked and felt new. Everything worked well and they actually have... more

Stayed at this hotel many times and was not allowed to stay due to no credit card, offered a $500 cash deposit as we just had a long 5 hour drive. Wife was also 5 months pregant and a 5 year old in the car. Didn't care. Not good. more

The room was clean, checkout was easy and easy access from the 401. On the negative side, unfriendly staff and this is an outdated facility. Other than the flat screen tv, it feels like the hotel was built/decorated in the 80's. It we had to do it again, I would've stayed at another hotel which likely would've provided the same... more

I stayed here last summer with my family and we liked the place. The rooms were pretty good, beds maybe could use an upgrade. The staff were all very nice and helpful, I had to call down to the desk once and they responded very quickly and were able to help. The location was good, and price seemed about average... more

We stayed at the Travelodge Hotel Kingston LaSalle for one night. We chose this particular hotel in Kingston because we were able to get a discounted corporate rate because of employment with one of the major companies in the area. For the price we paid ($78.00) I think it was fair. We were given one of the motel rooms -... more

I arrived in Kingston around 945pm on a Friday and found that my current accommodation's were awful. Started calling around to local hotels. This one came in as the cheapest. We stayed in room 316 (located on the third floor right across from the pop machine). The room was in good condition. I agree the air conditioner was quite loud... more

I chose this hotel based on the reviews I saw on tripadvisor but I'm not sure what all the raving was about. The rooms were extremely dingy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to keep me awake. The breakfast! It was mediocre at best! Highly disappointed since I have used tripadvisor reviews to choose hotels before and they were... more

This was our first stay at this hotel and it was outstanding. The staff, room, swimming pool, whirlpool, restaurant and location were all excellent. This means that the reviews before us were all correct and we appreciate Tripadvisor for helping make this stay a very comfortable one. We will return to this hotel again. more

We stayed 2 nights in a king room on the 4th floor & found it roomy...the balcony was a nice added feature. The pool, sauna & hottub were lovely...not the most chic, but certainly enjoyable...& overall, much better value than the other hotels in town. We would definitely stay there again. more
