i stayed here for 18 days and just before we arrived new owners had taken over. i did have a dirty room when i arrived but was moved straight away and my concerns were listened to. the owners were very pleasent and we was even invited to there home for a meal and to talk about our ideas on how... more

This budget motel in an older part of town is a classic U shaped motel with a central parking lot. It is an ok place to rest your head, if you're used to budget accommodations and no frills. PROS: Good location. I had booked a non-smoking Queen room but was apparently upgraded to a large 2-bed suite when i arrived,... more

We stayed here on a road trip in 2005 and booked it ahead of time as a half-way point between Montreal & Chicago. Now it's 2008, and 3 years later the bad memories we have of this hotel still haunt us. When you ask yourself, "how bad can it be?" ...well, here's your answer. We didn't expect much from a... more

This hotel wasn't as bad as it could have been for $65 a night. Depends how picky you are. The murals on the walls are great and entertaining. The non-smoking room smelled like old smoke. The towels were dirty, but the sheets were clean. Continential breakfast turned out to be coffee and toast. Overall though, it wasn't terrible. You get... more

I was a little hesitant about staying at a place that is $55 a night for a one bed, room, but i was surprised when i walked in a saw it was actually very clean. the bathroom was spotless, the bed was freshly made with clean sheets. We stayed for two nights as my husband was there for a hockey... more

I stayed at this motel because of the price $50 and did not want to sleep in the sleezy motel down the street that was available. (rooms named after cars and Im pretty sure on the phone they said car beds too) Got to the room late, turned on the light and was surrounded by a fish aquarium mural all... more

We spent one night at the Knights Inn as a highway stop between Detroit and Niagara. The hotel suited our purposes. The front desk clert was friendly and checked us in efficiently. This is a motel style property with free parking immediately in front of each room. It was a cold, snowy night, but the room was warm enough once... more

Despite previous "bad reviews" my wife and I decided to give the Knights Inn a try, investigations by our relatives ib London indicated that the Motel had been recently refurbished and was under new management. Vijay & Dilip were extremly helpful during our stay and all the staff were extreemly cheerful. We had no complaints regarding the cleaning regime and... more

Stayed here in March 2007 because we use the Knights Inn in Syracuse and that one is fantastic -- but should have known that all are not the same. This was the WORST motel I have ever stayed in. Blood on the pillowcases, spit threw thin sheets and towels and pillows that were just old cushions. Absolutely dreadful. I still... more

Stayed here on a long road trip from Vermont to southern Michigan. Very basic rooms, but friendly staff and clean as a whistle. Fresh, ironed sheets. Fridge worked. Good shower. TV reception good - there was an all-night film festival featuring the best of Canadian comics on one of the motel cable channels. Been a while since I watched 3... more
