“BW Fallsview--Won't Be Disappointed At All”

This property has been here for a long time, before the Fallsview Casino opened, BUT it is a clean hotel priced right. The check in has some friendly staff who seem very genuine. “Nice Hotel”

Stayed here only because everything else was booked. The hotel is nice, very average nothing special. The service was OK. Did not eat here so can't really say much about the food. The location is good. However, I don't think I would stay here again.

“Possible improvements”

I would suggest adding a small sofa as there is only two tub type chairs that don't work or fit with the table, there is no desk to allow for convenient use of a laptop computer, a fridge & microwave as some other hotels offer. The location is good and the service was acceptical

We almost canceled our reservation after reading so many bad reviews, so glad we didn’t. This place was just perfect! “Renovated rooms but dowdy corridors”

We pulled off the highway in a big storm having stayed here before. The location is top notch with quick access to casino opposite, but the fallsview name is a misnomer.
