Stayed at Hotel Christmas Eve . There is nothing wrong with the Hotel. We had a nice clean room and we were allowed to take our dog for an additiional $ 10 into our room. Stayed here 2 nights and package included Dinner one night(basic menu choices but enjoyable) and enjoyed full breakfast on both days.Service in restaurant was fantastic and check in staff very friendly.Motel rooms were older but we had 2 queen beds in a very spacious room that was very clean.Only drawback was, there was no fridge,but ice machines on each floor.Pleasant... more

The Best Western Fallsview is awful. First, there is no view of the falls like the name implies. The rooms are tiny, dark, and smell like sweat. The bathrooms and pool are both nasty.
