This was my first time staying at a 4 star in Niagra Falls,hotel is under renovation. Had to pay an extra 30$ to get Fallside view (which was awesome!) and 20$ for parking.
This hotel is mostly worth it for the view, otherwise, not very different from the 3 stars I've been in...

Was at the Marriott Gateway (a former Sheraton property) for a ballroom dance competition. The staff at this hotel are very sincere, helpful and friendly. They were actively working to complete renovations of the main lobby during our stay. I would definitely come back to this property for more visits.
