Our stay was great! We arrived on a Saturday and the lobby was filled with teenagers in town for an educational event. The noise level was impressive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located to the Falls (it's worth it to get a Fallsview room). The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. Sheraton on the Falls is certainly the most wonderful conference facility that I have ever attended. Staff bent over backwards to make our Nature's Sunshine Conference the most pleasant experience for all. Working out on a treadmill overlooking the falls was exhuberating!
