We arrived before check in, and were able to get right into the room. Ash trays were immediately brought to us along with a follow up check in call, all within 10 minutes of check in! Great, clean room! Friendly staff!

Stayed in May 2013. Clean, spacious rooms. Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Breakfast staff could be a little more efficient. Seemed to spend their time talking instead of restocking the buffet. Pool is clean but a bit cold. Overall a pretty good experience!

If you will go to Niagara Falls I recomend this Hotel. We appreciate what people did at the time when we stay at the Niagara Falls. People in the Hotel were really nice and tried to help allways guests and provided all information that we request during our vist.

If you can work out a deal with this Hampton, then you'll certainly enjoy getting-away here. The hot-tub rooms are worth it, especially if you get the ones that also have the fireplace. WE highly recommend Hampton North of the Falls. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We moved from the other Hampton location and it was well worth the time to move and the extra drive to Cliffton Hill.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn April 27th - 29th 2013. The staff is extremely helpful, rooms are clean and I like that the hotel is a few minutes away from the busy Clifton Hill area. The WeGo bus system ( just outside the hotel ) make it easy to travel to Niagara attractions. I would recommend this Hotel.
