I chose this hotel when I discovered it on the internet. It looked beautiful in the pictures, apparently the rooms were recently renovated. Love it, it was in a great location, walking distance to everything, the falls, casino, clifton hill. Had a free breakfast, the rooms were clean. Everything you needed. Enjoyed our stay and the staff was so helpful. more

We went to this hotel for a romantic getaway. The staff were pretty nice, I'll give them that. The room was odd and tacky. You basically opened the door and there was the huge heart shaped mirrored tub. Which ment you couldn't open the door if someone was in the tub. Also there was no shower or anything so to... more

My husband and i stayed here for 2 nights and found the satff to very helpful, some friends of ours dropped of our luggage when they arrived by car but as we were traveling by bus we arrived much later, this was no problem.
