Had New Years Dinner in the Pinnacle Restaurant. Low quality food, unimaginative menu, negligent service, careless attitude from house management. Way overpriced!! Decor was fresh and a great view of the falls and fireworks. Spent over $200 for a swiss chalet meal. Shame on you. more

Although this was probably the best hotel we could have stayed in - good value (£85), great view, nice (if dated) room - I'm glad we only stayed one night.
