We stayed for 3 nights. The room and property are clean. The service was fantastic. We brought our dog who is not small - 50 lbs. but is well-behaved. There are no places to walk a dog on the Blue Moon property. However there are sidewalks on Lundy's Lane so walking the dog was not a problem at all times... more

Transferred to Welland and waiting for our home to become ready.We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks.The Bluemoon was great. 2 nice large rooms and full kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Not fancy but clean and functional. We stayed in 3 br family unit with kitchen. Dishes and cutlery were provided. Had child play area and pool plus a BBQ available. Freshly paved parking lot. Owner provided us with useful tips like downtown parking at check-in. You are a ways from the falls but nice route to marineland. more

I have stayed here 3 times now. The first time I had a Jacuzzi room and loved it. The last 2 times I had a regular room with 2 double beds. The hotel is older but is extremely clean. Blue moon hotel was good overall. Convenient to Falls attractions without being too close for comfort. Room was small but clean, perfect for our needs. We found this place to be as advertised. The reviews you read are accurate. Doris is very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean. Everything worked. Some furnishings a bit old, but is understandible for a single-owner operation. Compared to what else is available, this place is very good.
