I always thought hotels were more private and cost effective, not so. My room in this starter castle (I'm sure only the Queen has larger accomodation and more dishes!), was very private and sumptious and so comfortable. This castle is located just outside the chaos of downtown Niagara. Perfect for cyclists, as River rd is the right out the front door (bike lane that runs all the way to Niagara on the Lake). Breakfast was splendid. Rob was a gracious and accomodating host. Couldn't ask for more and certainly will be returning. more
