This place is so dirty, there were beer labels everywhere in the room and the shower wasn't clean... don't go there more

We went to see the lights festival and stayed at this motel. What a Nice Inn. the rooms were decorated nicely and well maintained. The room was cleaned above average and staff were so polite. Thankyou for everything, and making our family stay a pleasant one. We will be returning again next summer . Thanks so much!!! The Riaz Family more

When we checked in to our room, we were horrified to see how filthy it was. You don't want to know what was dried up on the blankets. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and it was overall dirty. We had read the notice on the back of our door realized we couldn't get a refund or deposit back after check... more

I would advise traveller's to stear clear of this hotel...as soon as you drive up an uneasy feeling comes over you...went and paid for the room and found out we could only use 1 key yet there were two locks..in order for us to feel safe we put the chair under the door knob...the windows you could see through we... more

Me and My family stayed at the Stardust Inn this Summer. What a Nice Inn. the rooms were decorated nicely and well maintained. Our maids was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and well thought out but thats where it ended. Nothing worked properly, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The area is shady at best. The shuttle they promise is a ride in the owners SUV and only when they feel like it as there is no one else to watch reception. Never Again - we left... more

My Family and I stayed at the Star Dust inn Niagara on Buchanan Street for the weekend. I would strongly advise that you do not stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated on a very dark street with no other than drug addicts all around in which some actually rent rooms at this hotel. There is no cleaning lady,... more
