This is a very clean and simple motel. The staff were all very polite and friendly. We had no complaints at all and the motel met our expectations. Being new, it's never been subject to smokers. I chose this hotel because it was new and cheaper then other hotels in the area. It was closer then I expected to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. We walked to the casinos, the Falls, Clifton Hill, etc. The room/hotel was very clean. We had no problems checking in or out and would stay here again. more
