We had our wedding reception at Prince of Wales. The property was gorgeous and elegant. The staffs were friendly and professional. They accommodated all of our request and we couldn't be happier with the food, venue and service. It made our day smooth and easy! We actually ate all the food and enjoyed our guests!

An overnight stay at the Prince of Wales was a welcomed quiet retreat. The room was comfortable and most attractive. The meals were superb. I love the lobster poutine! The spa was relaxing and uplifting. The staff seemed to really love their jobs, which is always a good sign.

Very charming hotel situated in the best possible spot for strolling and browsing the stores in the village. Rooms are very clean and quaint. Very god breakfast and a good value overall. Staff is attentive and at times overwhelmed.

The staff at Prince of Wales made our wedding a day to remember! Our guests were quite impressed with the beautiful facility and the service! It was a classy and "fun" wedding. Loved staying in Niagara on the Lake. We stayed at the Prince of Wales hotel and thought it was an excellent choice. Checking in was made easy. Friendly staff. Our room was huge with a fireplace, sitting area. We would stay there again!

Clean large rooms in the perfect spot. You can walk anywhere. The best irish pub is across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The high tea is a must for real tea lovers. You can also get deals where you can eat and use the facilities at two other hotels (Pillar and Post, Queen's Landing).
