We were impressed by the rooms - spacious and well equipped though trying a little too hard to be boutiquey. Clean, large bathrooms. The location and grounds are great. Nice gardens. Nice restaurant - European style. Rooms were horrible. Fixtures were dated and peeling. Our room did not have towels, and it did not provide the typical complimentary soaps and shampoos in the washroom. There was barely any furniture in the room, the fixtures were rusted and outdated. This was our first trip to NOTL and we were pleasantly surprised to find everything so beautiful!
