Check in terrible, room in sorry state, not properly cleaned, rate charged higher than quoted, rest of group had terrible time with their rooms also. Food was slow and cold when it arrived. Staff was surly and did not seem to care about guest comfort. Would not go back again. more

We booked by phone and were given a rate of $100.00 per night, but at check out were told there was no such rate and were charged $136 per night. There was no heat, so we froze in our room all night. stayed there for two weeks july/august 2003. The poolside bar was never open during the day and the loung bar closed toatally for the second week.
