Warning, stay away from this hotel.
We had to do some business in the Ottawa-area and decided to stay here. First of all, there is false advertising with this hotel. It advertises $49 a night but when you get there, there are no rooms at that price. The room prices start at $60 more.
During our stay, there were prostitutes/hookers coming in and out of the hotel at all hours-it was disgusting.
In addition, the front desk attendant/manager is a crook and a criminal. During out stay in Ottawa we had bought some paintings that we were getting ready to put in the taxi as we checked out.
The manager/desk attendant saw our paintings and demanded one of them as we were leaving. He was demanding them of my wife and violently so. --This was after we had paid our bill and were getting ready to leave.
