This was our third stay at the Delta Ottawa in the past three years. Each time the staff were extremely accomodating of ourselves and our two children (now aged 5 and 7). The pool is very clean and at a comfortable temperature. The restaurant is fabulous and, again, very accomodating of our children. I look forward to staying there again. more

The staff working in this hotel were the most helpful and friendly I've ever come across. The executive floor is worth the extra supplement. The rooms are clean and spacious, although the generator could be heard at times. The breakfast was excellent. Stayed for 9 days in November and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. more
