I am staying at the Delta Ottawa on business. This hotel does not have wireless internet in the rooms. When asked for the reason I was told that this hotel has many customers from the government. I have stayed at this Delta 3 times now and feel compelled to share my experiences. The rooms are quite dated and in need of renovating. Every stay, I have had either a plugged sink or shower. And when I've called to have them serviced, it has taken well over an hour to have maintenance come and fix the problem....
