The rooms are plain but the pricing is lower. The customer service is excellent. I received the exact room specifications I requested. The rooms are clean. The location of the room was where I asked. The location is good and there is little noise.

Good location if you don't want or need to be downtown. Has all of the usual amenities plus sauna, whirlpool, small exercise room and outdoor pool. Restaurants nearby, across the street from Westgate mall and an easy drive to Carleton university. Reasonable price with ample parking but no complimentary breakfast like other Best Westerns.

Was pleasantly surprised when we checked in...not knowing what to expect. Travelling with a group not always get the best rooms or service. Rooms were clean and beds so comfortable!! The hotel staff were great! Always helpful and friendly. We will definately stay again next time we are in Ottawa... Not far from downtown and Little Italy!!

The staff are amazing, will get you whater you need with a smile. I would like to see them offer breakfast like the ones in the U.S offer though. The restaurant has good food, expensive though. This hotel hsa the potential to be great.

The hotel is clean, staff friendly, rooms nice and the price is good. It is close to downtown yet has free parking. However, the service in the restaurant was poor. The waitress appeared disinterested, to the point of gazing over her shoulder while taking the order. She was also evidently trying to multi-task and doing poorly at everything.

My husband and I stay at this hotel whenever we are in Ottawa. It is very comfortable and reasonably priced.
