We were very happy with the Albert at Bay suite. The rooms are huge and the full kitchen is a nice addition. The master bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The adjoining restaurant (Baystreet Bistro) was not good...might be good for a beer/wine/pub grub, but do not order the lunch buffet-it was just plain "YUK" x 4. more

Went to spend Canada Day in Ottawa and stayed here. Some problems at checkin. We were given a suite with 1 queen bed when we requested a king. The queen is really a double in disguise. Ignore their packages, it's all fluff. The gym is nice and clean but no pool (which is nice if you're staying someplace and don't want to be surrounded by kids).
