first time trip to this hotel and we were not dissapointed at all...very clean..bed very comfortable..kitchen equipped for approx..4 people..staff and service were friendly and helpful...walking distance to market and many other attractions..bus stop at the corner seniors ride free monday and friday afternoons and free all day wednesday...awesome... hope to return next year.. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on every trip to Ottawa. It offers excellent value and great facilities. The one negative point would be the cost of parking. $21.00 plus taxes per night is excessive. We will be back! More

This is a very basic hotel, but the staff were friendly and the suite was clean and very spacious with a kitchen to make snacks or breakfast.
