Stayed at this Hotel on a business trip. The staff at reception were very accomodating as when I arrived they had booked my room on a smoking floor in a non smoking room. The hotet is superbly located. Parking staff are fast and courteous. There is no prentious "must help you to your room sir"....attitude. 6 elevators so speedy access. Great location to explore the city on foot - the market, Houses of Parliament, War Museum, Art Galley, etc. Clean and spacious rooms, pleasant staff and good value breakfast. Would stay at the LE again. more
Spent a few days here and slept really well so had energy to put into meetings. Would have liked free internet access but the beds were great and they even had a pillow menu. Excellent location near historic and downtown areas. Very helpful and friendly staff. more
