All the staff, inclusive the competent manager, were extreme friendly and helpful. A little parking problem was solved with a finger snip. Only one room per floor has a good view on Downtown Ottawa - we got it! Clean and well maintained. The hotel is located about 1 km from Parliament. Easy to walk. More
