I've stayed at Hampton Inns before, but this was a first in Ottawa for me. This one is at a highway intersection, and very close to the Via train station. Not a big drive to the airport. Great place to stay. Staff very nice. Rooms were lovely.Very reasonable rates. No critisims really except its a bit of a trek to downtown. Recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Ottawa. You must be driving though. more
I've been staying at this Hampton Inn since it opened. When you walk in through the main entrance, it does not look like a Hampton Inn. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are big and very clean, and the staff is great. The bathrooms are huge. The free breakfast is very good, and the dining area is kept extremely clean.... more
The Hampton Inn Ottawa was an exceptional hotel. Check in was easy (and we had 5 rooms for 6 nights), and the staff were more than accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quite large. The beds were AMAZING!! The bathrooms were huge! Toiletries and towels were always refreshed and the rooms were always made up in a timely fashion.... more
