During the summer of 2008, I had the pleasure of running and staying at the "Rose" on Rosedale. From first hand experience, I can tell you that that the B&B is top notch; it is clean, cozy, and full of charm. The owner takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, providing quality service and a warm gemutlichkeit. more
Beware!! The website for this B&B (www.rosebandb.com) is false advertising. The photos it shows of of this accomodation are very old and very misleading. They belies the fact that this very poor maintained B&B is stinky, mildewy and dusty, without air conditioning that work. I have never seen carepets this filthy in any other B&B or hotel that I have... more

On my first sight of A Rose. it seemed to be three-quarter’s size, a real dollhouse. It is small, but the effect is one of coziness and snugness.
