The staff at the Ottawa Marriott attended to our every need in a cordial and punctual manner and made our stay there an absolute delight. At check in, our room was upgraded to a larger room with a fridge and microwave at no extra charge. Once in our room, we needed the feather pillows and the down filled duvet replaced.... more

The first thing we noticed as soon as we entered the guestroom was that a loud rattling coming from the ventilation system. I called down to the front desk to see if there was another room available but I was advised that there was only one other room in the entire hotel available and that it had two double beds.... more

Stayed at the Marriott for 2 nites, room was excellent. Beds were really comfortable and clean. They had Bath and Body toiletries. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is that my floor didn't have an ice machine and I had to go up or down a floor to get ice. more

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Rideau Centre and surrounding restaurants, but there are sufficient other shops and restaurants nearby.
