I recently stayed overnight at this hotel for one night with a friend to attend a wedding reception in Sarnia. From the time I booked the hotel room over the phone to the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and accomodating! The room decor was quite current and modern, the size of the room was large enough for... more

Our family was in Sarnia for a hockey tournament and we were simply looking for just one room, since the team didn't book a block of rooms anyplace. All of Sarnia was booked solid including the Best Western, however, they put me on a waiting list (I was many throughtout the city already) and they were the only ones to... more

Stayed for 1 night in Dec 08. Previously stayed at the Holiday Iinn and Comfort Inn in Sarnia, and I liked the Best Western the most. A little less expesive than the Holiday Inn, and I found the rooms to be better appointed, with newer furnishings and a more spacious feel. Beds were okay, pillows were great. There was a... more

The location is ideal for a stop in a longer trip of Canada. It is just over the border from the United States and relatively easy to find. There are 2 floors but no elevator, so those with disabilities need to specify 1st floor accomodations. The rooms were very clean but seemingly outdated, and the sole restaurant was mediocre. The... more

Spent one night at this hotel over the long weekend, the room was a bit on the small size, the only complaint I have is that there were not enough towels. Two large towels for two people is not enough. The bed seemed like a double bed and the mattress was very hard, the room was also a little stuffy.... more

My husband and I reserved a room there in Dec. 07. We were driving from St. Louis, Missouri to Stirling, Ontario and needed a place to stay to grab a few hours shut eye at about the halfway mark. What a pleasant surpise compared to the Best Western we'd stayed at in Mississauga the night before. Check-in was painless and... more

Brilliant hotel! The best bed & Pillows i've ever slept on! The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms large & very comfortable. Huge flatscreen TV with loads of channels. The house keeping staff were very discreet and seemed to manage to know when you were not in your room. The reception staff were very friendly and helped at all given... more

We stayed here on a busy weekend in early September. We were attending a wedding on the premises. There room were spotless and had very comfortable clean new beds. We had excellent service from the porter and were treated very politely. The wedding was great and we were very impressed with the hotel in general. more

I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was really clean with comfortable beds. The staffs was very helpful with access to a needed computer. We enjoyed a swim in the pool after our free breakfast. With reasonble prices, a comfortable bed, and everything that we required, what more could we ask for. We enjoyed our stay. more

I too had a really bad experience at this hotel. The first night I was there, I was having a bath and noticed a couple of ants milling around the bathroom floor. I didn't think too much of it. The next morning when I got up, there was a major invasion of ants on the floor! It was disgusting! When... more
