Although we only stayed one night (2 couples) we were very happy with our experience overall. We were provided with upgraded rooms on the 5th floor - everything was new including the 2 queen size beds, very quiet air conditioning system, nice bathroom, rates were very reasonable and the front desk service excellent. Stayed 4 nights at this property. As mentioned by others, it's handy to the casino, canal boardwalk, the tourist train, and shopping mall with anchors of Sears and Zellers. This hotel is a very nice place to stay. It only takes acouple of minutes to walk to the casino or over to the board walk along the water front. There is a large mall across the street. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. more

I stay regularily at the Quality Inn in Sault Ste. Marie when on business. The staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and most have good views. They have an indoor pool.
