Read some good reviews on line and was looking for accommodations in walking distance of Stratford Festival. I had booked this hotel on line and was happy with the website. However when we got to our room there was trash and leftover clothes from previous occupants. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were very indifferent however were happy to take my money. VERY disappointing. more
