The hotel was new, clean and staff was very friendly. Located relatively close to the airport once you come into town, less than 20 minutes. Surrounded by shops and restaurants that are not necessary my taste, but convenient. No complaints and will definitely stay there again!

A quite new, well-located hotel with minimal service facilities, but providing a good sleep for an attractive price. There is no restaurant, but a breakfast buffet is provided that is quick and convenient.

Stayed here for an overnight stop along our trip. Hotel was clean. Enjoyed the hot tup and small pool. Even had a hot continental breakfast included in the morning. Only small complaint was that the rooms were very dry feeling. It was a good value for the price.

This is a regular Fairfield - with comfortable beds, and a good staff. They welcome you nicely, and public areas are in decent shape. The breakfast is fine, including bacon on the hot buffet. I feel comfortable comming here each time I go to Sudbury.
