Looks like a dive from the outside but it was actually clean when you walked inside. Needs major updating including new carpets and beds. Front staff was OK. Skip the free breakfast next morning and go to Tims or somewhere else. Was OK for 1 night stay but would likely try the new Super 8 next time. more

The hotel staff are friendly, and fluently bilingual - the hotel is located in the French neighbourhood of Timmins. It's a bit far from downtown Timmins, but there's a nearby bus stop with direct services into town. Not much to see around the hotel. Free wireless internet, and good food in the hotel restaurant. I was quite satisfied with customer service for this hotel. I had a bit of a problem with my reservation but the Guest services Manager handled the issue in a professionnal manner. My friends appreciated the friendly service. The beds were confortable, washrooms clean and the food was excellent. more
