This hotel is dated and needs to have a good update including it equipment such as the air conditioning heating system. The covered yet very outdoor parking, was kind of scary at night because you can only enter at certain levels, confusing to get around in unfamiliar territory, if someone is following you, that could be scary.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Toronto and while we were going to the Banff national Park. We had a really nice experience here. It was clean, the staff was courteous, it was very quite. We really liked the way it is decorated and the pool area. The shuttle worked really well.

For travellers, its a good place to lay your head between flights. The rooms are clean with squeeky laminate floors.
