My wife and I just returned from a three night getaway and the staff of the Four Seasons were everthing and more. Jason and Genevere and the concierge's desk were amazing with show tickets, and dinner recomendations. The staff at the outdoor pool and the bell staff were extrememely helpfull as well. The hotel might be dated but it is... more

I have been lucky enough to stay at the hotel twice now, and really enoyed my experience. The lobby area is a little small, but the staff are really helpful and make you feel very welcome. There are quite a few lifts too, which are really fast so no hanging around! The bedrooms are very comfortable, with great facilities and... more

Great location and a classy, clean facility are the best featrures. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean though furnishings are a bit old. I love this place for business in the city. Pool and gym are small compared to newer four seasons properties, but are in good shape and have new equipment. more

I stayed here with 4 of my girlfriends for the purpose of shopping and partying while in Toronto. We had a blast at this hotel! The room was very, very large with great views of Toronto. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, partying, etc.. The staff were awesome, providing us with a huge fridge when requested (free of charge),... more

I love this hotel! I have stayed here many times over the years. I always get a Four Seasons Executive Suite on a high floor. Try getting one on the South side of the hotel because that way you will have a view of the Toronto skyline (CN Tower, etc...) but the North side is pretty as well. The restaurants... more

Since we couldn't find anything affordable at a warm location for the New Year's weekend, we decided to head for cosmopolitan, but COLD Toronto. The Four Seasons hotel is a nice property. Nothing exciting, but clean. The lobby is actually quite small and unassuming. A lot of staff, usually smiling. View from the upper floors are quite incredible. We had... more

I've stayed at several Four Seasons properties and i have been using the NYC property as the benchmark Four Seasons. You can't get better than that hotel in North America, ok the Four Seasons in Paris might be a bit better, probably the world's best hotel, but in North America, the NYC I.M. Pei designed hotel is the best. That... more

Although the Four Seasons is on the more expensive side when you could stay at a very nice boutique hotel for less, you dont just pay for the room, you pay for the experiece:; the courteous staff, the nice rooms. I satyed in a suite which was very nice. Every luxury possible. If more on a budget and want supremem... more

By far the best inner city hotel I stayed in in Toronto; I actually stayed in most of them on business. The staff are very attentive to details, very well trained and knowledgeable. The facilities, rooms.... are what you would expect in an inner city 4 star hotel, the hotel is very close to high end stores, and is within... more

Let's start with the obvious - it is a Four Seasons hotel, so in general the service was very good. The trade-off for that is always that the Four Seasons' rooms are small imho. What was unusual this trip was the room service. First, no-one picked up the telephone when I called for room service, very odd. Second, the room... more
