This hotel has been consistently excellent with service! I have stayed here many times for work and have found it very convenient and the staff very helpful. Most rooms are in good shape. I did have a problem with my room this time and they switched me immediately to another room.

The dining was great but the rest felt outdated and in urgent need of a refurbishment. Unless the renovate, I wouldn't return to this hotel. Sad to say this on a Four Seasons but it's the truth :-(
