My wife and I, along my mother, her friend and my wife's parents stayed at the Intercontinental Totonto Yorkville from the 1st June to the 7th June. We were in Toronto to celebrate my mothers birthday and my wife's parents wedding anniversay (both milestone nos.). From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure, our stay here was... more

After 30 taxi mins. from the international airport (flat rate: CAD 50.-) you’ll get into the upscale district Yorkville with lots of high-end shopping and good hotels, incl. the Interconti Yorkville, just opposite the ROM. There’s a small lobby with nice service. Unfortunately, the concierge seemed to be gone every time we needed one but there’s still the helpful front... more

Stayed here for a week in Jun. The hotel is very beautiful, rooms are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely courteous and the morning continental breakfast was great. If someone is looking to stay in a luxurious hotel while they are in Toronto, I highly recommend this one. more

this hotel is a very nice property with character. all of the doors are wooden and the overall atmosphere is a boutique feel. the hotel does have some construction next door, but we were not affected by it at all. the rooftop has the fitness center with a steam room, sauna, pool and rooftop sundeck that wraps around 180 degrees.... more

The hotel is located in trendy Yorkville near some nice shops, restaurants and the university campus. Travelling from/to Toronto's Pearson Airport by bus necessitates a cab from one of the stops for around 12 Canadian $ as the hotel is nowhere near the Airport Bus route. Reception was very friendly and super efficient. Deluxe king room had a good view... more

Quietly elegant, first class in every way. Across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum, right in the midst of the best shopping and eating, and a pleasant walk through the University to the Art Gallery of Ontario. Helpful concierge. Elegant and tasty breakfast. more

Although we booked with an online service and got a great price, when we checked in we requested a quiet room and were upgraded to a $650 (rack rate) superior room at no extra charge, as it was " more likely to be quiet". Staff very friendly and helpful. Location across from ROM and in midtown couldn't be beat. more

Our luggage didn't arrive at the airport but the hotel on our arrival, provided us with necessary amenities and answered our every request graciously. Terrific location, very comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast the next day. We'd definitely go again. more

The extreme cleanness and refreshing smell are the first things we noticed inside this hotel. A dramatic contrast to the mayhem of construction sites on both sides of the hotel, which were a detraction from the whole experience. Our room was well equipped, with superb bed and linens. Could have used more bathroom amenities, but separate shower and tub are... more
