Went to Toronto to see a Laura Pausini concert at the Air Canada Center and cashed in two free nights at this hotel. Got a room on the 23rd floor with two double beds. Beds were tiny and not very comfy. They were really squeaky. View from room was very nice. Room was very clean except for the two pubes... more

We stayed at the InterContinental Toronto Centre on our vacation in August. We were very happy with our stay. Even though this is a large convention center hotel the staff make you feel like it's a small boutique hotel. We found everyone from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were... more

Every so often, "She Who Must Be Obeyed in all Cirecumstances" decides we need a long lost weekend or so. Yup,up to the Intercontinental Toronto City Centre we go to join with our northern bretheren on their Thanksgiving holiday and some days afterwards. The reason? To observe Alfred Packer Day with our Canadian "family" ( the only individual to be... more

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bi-level suite, but decided against it (we were here for our 15th anniversary and to see Kylie Minogue and didn't want to have to go up and down the stairs all day and night.) Staff moved us to a club-level room, with all the amenities. Also sent a lovely chocolate torte and... more

Nothing really special about this hotel. The rooms are large, but not very inviting with the decor colors. The staff was helpful. It is within walking distance of the Rogers Center and next to the CN tower. more

It's seemed to me, really. Cause of the fantastic features of this hotel: - reserved lobby - reserved breakfast room - lounge with private free buffet in the afternoon (all you can eat and drink...plus videos and more...) - special gift for my baby - spacious and confortable room . All this for only 215 C $ per night =... more

It was 2 a.m. by the time I checked into the room. The room was nice: it faced the convention center and had the view of the Toronto Tower. However, there were quite a few curly hair all over the tub and basin. (I am bald as a mellon and had not used the facility during this discovery, so it... more

this place is way understaffed. Check-in was a really long wait because of the queue, and when I went back to get a replacement key, that took a long time as well. For a property with this many rooms, I saw a maximum of two people at reception, and one person at valet. Room service has a very small menu.... more

We went from Marriott Downtown Center Hotel to this hotel and it was a huge difference. First the room was on the small side compared to the Marriotts room. It was not a bad room, it was just smaller and the decor at the Intercontinental is much colder and it does not create an inviting feel, brown and green everywhere... more
