First, I must start from the valet parking, who's service was second to none. We pulled up to the front, shut our car off and retreived our luggage and were off to check-in. After receiving our room keys, we were off to get out 1 hour scheduled full body message. Joanne was amazing and almost had me asleep with her... more

We were so lucky to stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre on Front Street; we had a spa package and dinner at the Azure. All I can say is the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed. The room was clean and large, the beds perfectly made and fresh. Our shampoo, soap, and amenities were generous. At the... more

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were offered a later check out as we were taking advantage of the on site spa. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was accompanied by complimentary appitizers, and the food was delicious. At the spa I had placed my diamond necklace in my robe... more

I booked a club king room - I have no idea what they look like because I have always been upgraded. I have stayed in club and non-club rooms. Club rooms are nice. But non-club rooms are perfectly fine. The club is quite nice, wonderful cold breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks. Staff is excellent. Only negative is the valet... more

The InterContinental Toronto Centre has a lot of good things going for it. We booked a room for four nights through Hotwire and got a great deal, as many other reviewers did. We were treated to a fully-renovated room with a king-size bed that was nicely appointed. Our room had a comfortable armchair, sleek desk, dresser/TV stand, and a Sharp... more

Fantastic…I booked this mini vacation during our children’s March break. Three families.... 7 kids and 6 adults.and everyone had a great time. Something for all of us, the kids were taken care and the adults sat back and just relaxed. My first call was to the reservation department…and I lucked out big time with Miriam my agent. She gave me... more

We took advantage of a great March break deal that the hotel offered and we got more than we could have hoped for. We had a beautiful room that was quite large. The deal included brunch at Azure and it was very good - great apple juice! You can't beat the location of this hotel. It is within walking distance... more

I stayed for 5 nights at the intercontinental and it's been lovely. Almost no bad point. The only thing that turned me off in this hotel was the ice-cube machine in the corridor which made a terrible noise. Luckily my room was far from this machine but I couldn't help thinking about the amount of electricity consumed by this monster.... more

Great location, staff was courteous enough. I had 2 sixteen year od girls who had never experienced downtown Toronto so at check in I asked for a "high" floor and were told the 6th floor was all that was available but 10 mins. later front desk was giving a room out on the 17th floor, I was disappointed with that. more

The Intercontinental Hotel in Toronto is a nice looking hotel with great views of the CN Tower and the city of Toronto in general. The service was excellent and always very polite. The pool and work out facilities were as good as you will find in any hotel period. Some points of interest would be the fact that I could... more
