Stayed here average hotel. However in September was going to stay again. Cancelled my room within cancellation period, but they charged my card anyway with no explanation. Spent many phone calls and alot of efforts to get the charge reversed. Making me thing this maybe a regular practice. So I would steer clear of this hotel. more

This place is in a fabulous location - just next to Dundas Square! The hotel itself has been renovated within the last 18 months and it makes a huge difference. We had stayed there during a trip to Toronto in 2007 and it was ok but now it's much better. It's a lot brighter and the rooms are nicely decorated.... more

Right next to Toronto's Eaton Centre Shopping Mall and Subway Station. Very Friendly hotel recptionists and Consierge. Only dispointment was the food the Resturant offered. more
