We had wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel, downtown Toronto. The taxi driver had little difficulty in locating the hotel, but once we checked in every thing seemed to fall in place. Wonderful interiors, very good service. They provide the coffee maker in the room and complimentry continental breakfast at Restaurant MASA too. My Wife still remembers the breakfast at Masa.... more

Stayed at this hotel for one night to attend a conference nearby. The location was great, only 1 block form Yonge & Bloor. We were glad for that because it was very cold so we didn’t have to walk far. I was a little nervous about this place based on previous reviews but if you’re looking for a cheap room... more

Several problems with this hotel. Walked in and both bedspreads in my double room were stained; Burn marks on the carpets; Hot and cold are reversed in the shower and no stopper in the sink. more

We stayed at Comfort Hotel in Toronto for two nights. The hotel is located on Charles Street which is near the subway station Bloor st. The hotel building is old style but interiors are done beautifully , lobby and rooms look fresh.Rooms are huge size with comfortable beds, clean and fresh.. The people working at the Hotel are polite and... more

The Comfort Hotel is anything but comfortable. We have stayed there two previous times before with no problems, however this hotel chain has definitely gone downhill over the years. When we walked into our guest room after checking in, we were stuck to the floor ... literally. There were sticky spots all thru out. Not only was the carpet sticky,... more

Stayed here twice in the last six months. Rooms are clean and comfortable (I always get a suite for the fridge and microwave), but baths are tiny. Location is excellent for my needs. The on-site garage is miniscule, but there's a nice public garage across the street for $15/day, which I think is very reasonable for a prime urban location.... more

The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. We made our reservation through Expedia with a request for a King size bed if available at check-in. Upon checkin, Ana the front desk agent seemed tired, overworked and in a terrible mood. She had not read the request, and the only answer she could give was that the... more

We booked three nights here so we could attend the CNE. It was a last minute booking and it was tricky for us to find as Charles is a one way street - we didn't turn when we should so we had to circle around a bit. Once found, I was a little dubious just looking at the outside of... more

Just got back from a 2 night stay at the comfort inn. It has a GREAT location - just one block south of Yonge and Bloor. Given the area the price was quite reasonable as well. Apparently they also offer weekly rates if you call them directly. I was upgraded to a 2 room suite for no extra charge. The... more

We booked this hotel for my wife's parents 10 day stay while visiting from England to see their new great grand-daughter. We selected this hotel because we stay at Comfort Inn's regularly, and for it's GREAT LOCATION. Prior to booking a room, we checked out the hotel . The building looks old on the outside, but surprisingly clean and recently... more
