It was truly a treat to have the opportunity to spend 5 days at the Lakeview Victorian in October 2004. The inn is located in a residential area of Toronto, with many shops and restaurants right nearby. We enjoyed the stay at Lakevie B&B very much. We recommend it to anyone staying in Toronto. We liked the sympathy, the room, breakfast and also the Internet. The location was also nice.

Stayed here for a week having read the previous reviews. As with previous US reviewer, our overall reaction was of disappointment for a number of reasons: 1) shared bathroom facilities on main floor - we were also not shown the 2nd bathroom by host on arrival. After reading all the great reviews of this B&B, I was a bit disappointed. I've stayed in numerous B&B's and this was the only one where I wished that I had stayed elsewhere. We had a wonderful stay. The hospitality was great and the personal touch of the hostess made the trip memorable. Fresh baked goodies in the morning and great conversation was an added touch! Highly recommended!
